The Brief
- To continue to position the Rotana brand as the leading hotel management company in the Middle East to the UK trade and consumer media, with particular emphasis on the Dubai, Fujairah and Sharm el Sheikh hotels , plus properties in emerging markets
- To launch the new Rotana brands to UK media by encouraging them to experience the superb quality of the hotels in the group
- To provide PR support to Rotana during key trade shows around the world
- To provide crisis management support
Rooster’s Solution
- Rooster’s approach has been to drip-feed the trade and consumer media with constant news from Rotana regarding new hotel openings, the introduction of a new brand concept and continued expansion plans
- Rooster has co-ordinated appointments and interviews for key Rotana personnel with UK and European media at trade shows including ITB, ATM and WTM
- Rooster has coordinated group and individual press trips to core Rotana properties in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Egypt and Fujairah
