Promoting Tunisia's four pillars of tourism

Drenched in equal quantities of fascinating history and warm sun, Tunisia asked Rooster to promote its abundant assets. A list so exhaustive, numerous column inches were needed to cover them!

    Rooster co-ordinated two themed group press trips per month, throughout 2009, facilitating a total of 68 journalists over the course of the year

    Rooster issued press releases focusing on key trade developments in the Tunisian tourism sector and key consumer themes including beaches, luxury and spa, family, adventure, history, culture and golf

    Rooster proactively pitched Tunisia for all relevant media opportunities and sent e-clippings to the client on a daily/weekly basis

Campaign Highlights

  • Following individual and group press trips, large features appeared throughout 2009. Highlights include London Lite, Love it!, BA Highlife, The Daily Star, The Shropshire Star, The Sunday Times Travel Magazine, ABTA Magazine and News of the World
  • Seven journalists were secured to attend an pre-WTM 2009 TNTO dinner. Attending publications  included the Daily Mirror, Timesonline, Travel Bulletin and ABTA
  • 11 individual appointments were scheduled with TNTO representatives at WTM 2009. Attending journalists covered trade, national and consumer publications
